Course Objectives:
- Understand the purpose and importance of the POSH Act, 2013.
- Recognize what constitutes sexual harassment and differentiate between POSH and non-POSH cases.
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of employees and Internal Committee (IC) members.
- Learn the proper process for reporting, investigating, and addressing complaints, with emphasis on confidentiality and protection against retaliation.
